Despite Vince Russo's claim on Twitter on Wednesday that he left TNA, word from within the company is that he was actually fired.
As the story goes, TNA executive John Gaburick called Russo and suggested that TNA and Russo no longer work together due to all the controversy from Spike TV, however it ended up not mattering, as Russo was ultimately released from the company altogether.
